This policy explains what Lucky Dog Marketing, LLC (“we”, “us”) collects from visitors to lucky-dogmarketing.com and from people who contact us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. ## What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, call us, text us or email us, we receive what you send: usually your name, business name, phone number, email address, website, and a description of what you need. We ask only for what we need to respond to you, prepare a proposal and schedule a call. We never collect payment card details through this website.

When you browse the site, we automatically receive standard technical information: the pages you visit, how you arrived (for example from a search or an ad), your approximate location based on your IP address, and your browser and device type.

## How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, schedule consultations and demos, prepare proposals, deliver the services you engage us for, and follow up afterwards. We also use visit information, in summary form, to understand how people use the site and which marketing brings us clients. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

## Forms

Forms on this site are powered by Gravity Forms. What you submit is delivered to us and stored in GoHighLevel, the customer management platform we use, so your enquiry is not lost.

## Phone calls, call tracking and call recording

Our phone numbers are provided through GoHighLevel. When you call, it logs the number you called from, the time and length of the call, and which page or ad led to the call.

Calls to and from us may be recorded. We use recordings for quality, training, and to keep an accurate record of what was discussed. Recordings are stored in GoHighLevel, are accessible only to our team, and are not shared with anyone for marketing. If you would prefer not to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call, or contact us by email instead.

## Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you replies to your enquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and service updates. If you separately agree to marketing texts, we may also send occasional offers and news. Texts are sent through GoHighLevel. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of doing business with us.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with GoHighLevel and its carrier partners, and only so they can deliver our texts.

## Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site uses:
– Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which set cookies to measure how visitors use the site
– Google Ads tags, to measure which of our ads lead to enquiries and, where enabled, to show our ads to people who have visited this site before
– The Meta (Facebook) pixel, to measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads and, where enabled, to show our ads to past visitors
– Hotjar, which records how visitors move through and click on pages so we can improve the site. Hotjar does not record what you type into form fields.

You can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com, opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, manage Facebook ad preferences in your Facebook settings, opt out of Hotjar at hotjar.com/policies/do-not-track, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site still works without them.

## Who we share information with

Only the service providers that help us run the business, each using it only to provide their service to us:

– Meta (advertising measurement)
– Hotjar (site usage analytics)
– GoHighLevel (customer management, calls, call recording and text messages)
– Our website host

Beyond that, we disclose personal information only when the law requires it.

## How long we keep it

Enquiry and client records, including call recordings, are kept for as long as we reasonably need them to deliver our services and for tax and legal purposes, then deleted.

## Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, including call recordings, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or call (703) 884-2578 and we will act on it. You can opt out of follow-up contact at any time by telling us in any call, email or message, or by replying STOP to a text.

## Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
